Administrator, Kim Phillips
New to Gloria Dei, since April 2007, Kim graduated from Elon University with a degree in journalism. Kim has experience in accounting, office administration, and brings a great deal of enthusiasm to her ministry here. Married to Chris, with two young sons Cade and Benjamin, Kim blends faith, life, and family in her daily work.
Organist
/ Choirmaster, Carl Parks
Longtime Organist/Choirmaster
Carl Parks serves Gloria Dei with dedication and commitment that enable the
Music Ministry of the traditional worship service to thrive year-round in spite
of the challenges brought about by seasonal attendance patterns. In addition,
Carl is applying his experience to the current pipe organ renovation and console
upgrade. Beyond his weekly service in worship, Carl performs a concert program
at the church each year and is playing a significant role in developing a new
concert series featuring our soon-to-be-completed organ project as its
centerpiece.
Worship
Leader and Keyboardist, Rob Roberts and David Cubillos
Rob Roberts has been playing music on Anna Maria Island for many years. He responded to God's Call to ministry and attended the Evangelical Church Alliance Seminary. He declares, "My love and passion is serving our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ."
David Cubillos is a undergraduate music student majoring in jazz.
